its 4am and i just got a call saying that i have to do the Thursday overnight because a resident had an aggression and the female staff who does the overnight doesn't feel safe there...she is fuckin lame. so im the one who has to do the shift, because if a female feels unsafe a male has to take over, so im gonna get beat up.(or maybe its because im the kids favorite staff person and i never have a problem with him) either way. its lameeeee
